Following recent changes to the requirements of the Land Registry, we can provide suitably scaled floor plans for flats, shops, commercial premises etc, suitable for the Land Registry, with a north point.

Our plans fully comply with the Land Registry requirements.

For lease plans of premises above ground floor level, it is necessary to indicate on the lease plan the means of access thereto, including part plans of the lower floors and the ground floor, indicating staircases, access ways and pathways which lead up from the public highway to the floor required. It is also necessary to show areas set aside for dustbin enclosures, car parking, demised gardens front and rear, external staircases and the like.

Fees
(quoted are for buildings within 5 miles of this office. We can of course visit and prepare plans for any building in UK, but we have to make an additional charge for travelling time there and back).

Flats Lease Plans. (assuming flats have maximum of 3 rooms)

Two flats, on two storeys (depending on size)

£ 450.00 - £   600.00

Three floors/flats

£ 650.00 - £   750.00

Four floors/flats

£ 900.00 - £1,250.00


Shop Lease plans.

Per 50 sq metres floor area (gross internal)

£ 200.00

With a minimum fee of £500


All prices plus VAT and out of pocket expenses. No colouring of the plans to solicitors requirements is included. This can be done, but generally most solicitors arrange that themselves, and we would have to charge an additional fee depending on the extent of the colouring.

URGENT PLANS
We can undertake urgent lease plans, usually completed within 24 hours and no longer than 36 hours of instructions, for a fee of twice the above.
